PRICES
All our prices are shown in US Dollars and exclude postage & packaging fees. The cost of our ingredients & packaging materials varies and we therefore reserve the right to change our product prices without prior notice. This does not apply to orders already placed & paid in full.

All orders will be processed & dispatched upon receipt of payment based on shipping terms outlined under "Dispatch of Orders"
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
While every effort is made to accurately describe our products, there may be slight variation in product color, packaging design or specification. We endeavor to make sure pricing is correct at time of publishing, but reserve the right to change prices due to error or supplier changes.
Additionally, please keep in mind the following:
-Because this product is crafted in small batches, there may be slight variations between each batch. These variations will not affect the effectiveness of the product.
-Product is provided by volume not weight.
PAYMENT
We accept online payments by credit or debit cards using secure encrypted payment gateways provided by Square, governed by Square Inc, and PayPal which is licensed as a money transmitter, on a state-by-state basis. For customers with a PayPal account, PayPal will usually offer the option to use your PayPal balance.
POSTAGE & PACKING
Postage will be charged as stated on the website, unless otherwise arranged with the customer. We reserve the right to change & amend our postage prices. For details of our current postage rates and related shipping conditions, please refer to our shipping terms.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
- Pure Organiks products are very often made to order (they are fresh and handmade after all!). Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be processed & dispatched.
- When ordering in the run up to big public holidays, please check our Shipping & Delivery page for ordering deadlines and expected delays.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday or if you happen to order over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the first working day, usually a Tuesday.
- We do our utmost best to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days - using USPS and in most cases orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. However, please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery times/dates and accept no responsibility for loss resulting from delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
The majority of orders are ready for shipping within 7-10 working days, however, occasionally there may be a delay , in which case you will be notified via email. Most delays are due to holidays.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days after it has been shipped, we recommend that you check with your neighbors and in the usual places your postman leaves parcels for you (sheds, behind bins etc.) and also visit your USPS Office in person to check whether they are holding a package for you, even if no notification card has been left to advise of an attempted delivery. 99.9% of delayed orders are at their local USPS Office awaiting collection by the customer. The Postal Service (USPS) will make 1 or 2 attempts to deliver, based on the carrier's knowledge. After the attempts, the package will be held for 15 days from the initial delivery attempt and then returned to sender. By ordering from our website, the customer accepts that we do use the services of USPS, which sometimes will require you to collect your parcel from the post office or the sorting office.
Please note: for lost items, we cannot re-send items until at least 15 working days after sending your order have passed and it is confirmed with USPS that the package was lost/misplaced by USPS. Failure of the customer to be available for delivery or make their own arrangements to pick up their package from the post office or the sorting office is not recognized as a lost package.
We do not accept responsibility for loss or any other consequence caused by a delivery delays.
UNDELIVERED / RETURNED PACKAGES
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the delivery address is entered in full (including flat number, security entry code etc.), and that the address is complete and postal code correct at the time the order is placed. When the delivery address is a company address, the company name must also be entered, along with the name of the recipient.
If your products are returned back to us by USPS, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred for the shipping of your parcel a 2nd time. Pure Organiks will only make 2 attempts to ship to the customer. If package is un-deliverable a 2nd time, the order will be retained, until such time the customer arranges for the package to be picked up by USPS or courier. It is the customers responsibility to notify Pure Organiks of these intentions. If no attempt is made by the customer to obtain their package within 2 weeks of return after a 2nd delivery attempt, the order will be disposed of.
Please note that Should you decide to have your order re-sent a 2nd time, we will request payment of the applicable shipping fee before sending your order for the second time and for larger orders (over 3lbs), this will be the USPS calculated S&H + $3.00 convenience fee.
Due to products being customized, refunds are not given. Once a product is made to customer specifications, re-sale is highly unlikely, therefore, undelivered product will be disposed of (there are no artificial preservatives, so product does not have extended shelf-life).
RETURNS, DAMAGED GOODS & CANCELLATIONS
RETURNS POLICY :
- Please note that due to hygiene reasons we do not accept products for refund should a sensitivity to or dissatisfaction with a product be discovered at a later stage.
- Please note Refund Exclusions section below.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once an order has been placed we are not able to add to it or combine it with another order. The only change we can make for you is correct spelling mistakes in the delivery address, or cancel it completely providing it has not been already made or dispatched.
MISSING / INCORRECT GOODS :
- We must be notified of (1.) incorrect or (2.) missing products within 2 days of receipt.
- We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit, though it is at our discretion that we may send you a replacement. - All orders are checked carefully before dispatch & products included are marked off on a couple of print outs to minimize the chance of a product missing from your package. Please check your package carefully before contacting Pure Organiks to advise of a missing product, smaller items can get lost within the loose fill used to secure your products in transit.
CANCELLATIONS :
- You may cancel your order at any time before payment is received.
Please note that once payment is received, your product may be made right away. Therefore, there is no option to cancel your order once you’ve made payment.
- Cancellations cannot be made after your order has been made or dispatched and must be done before the product is made (it is recommended cancellations are made before invoices are paid to guarantee you are able to cancel).
SUITABILITY OF PURPOSE
We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion. We do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied.
PRODUCT STORAGE
All products are checked carefully before dispatch to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration of the products due to the customer's incorrect storage conditions i.e, exposure to direct sunlight, frost, moisture or water, humidity or heat etc. The customer should ensure that the products are kept in cool and dry conditions (bathroom windowsills are often exposed to direct sunlight and so are the creams or products displayed on them), and a clean spatula is used to remove products from the jar (instead of fingers) to minimize the risk of deterioration in the product resulting from external contamination.
SHELF LIFE
Our products are not preserved with chemicals substances such as parabens or phenoxyethanol. Instead, we may use aspen bark extract, vitamin E & essential oils in our products. All ingredients used in our formulations are of natural origin with as minimal processing as possible (organic, certified organic, unrefined, etc.). Our products have a shelf life of a minimum of 6 months unopened, and 6-12 months from opening. Please see product description for individual product life. Some products will be usable for longer, however their quality may deteriorate. To avoid disappointment, please start using your products as soon as possible after purchase and keep them away from sun or heat. Please avoid stocking up - just like with fresh food, you are best buying only what you are likely to use within a few months.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
We do our best to manufacture our products in a carbon neutral way - we use USPS Priority Mail® and Express Mail® boxes and envelopes, which are fully recyclable, so they can go right in the recycling bin. Products are wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap (to protect against knocks and leaks during transit) or biodegradable loose fill (to minimize damage such as cracks, dents and leakage).
Please either re-use or recycle all packaging materials depending on the policy of your council. All plastic/bubble wrap/paper/boxes can be recycled in your recyclables bin. The loose fill Packing peanuts decompose in water leaving no toxic waste and are FDA compliant. They can be wetted so they disintegrates or be added to a compost bin.

We do not accept responsibility for the misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion and check with a professional if in doubt. Pregnant customers and those on medication are urged to check suitability of our products with their GP. By purchasing our products, you recognize and accept the fact that that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that Pure Organiks will not be held responsible for such occurrences. We encourage new customers & those with sensitive skin to select our unscented products or purchase sample sizes where applicable, and performing a patch test on the skin for possible reactions.
